    Great subscription!

    We got the subscription as a treat and we've been enjoying it even more than expected! The little extras that come each month are a fun addition. The flavor, quality, and freshness of the coffee are excellent.

What is the Coffee Club & what do I get?

It's a curated coffee subscription, and members get all kinds of perks, but some big ones are:

How much is a membership?

The club starts at just $24/month.

Pricing depends on how many bags you want and how often you want them. You’ll see all options clearly at signup—no weird surprises, and shipping is always on us. 

How often will I get coffee deliveries?

Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly—whatever best suits your household and ensures you never run out of beans.

How many bags will I receive at a time?

You can choose anywhere from 1 to 4 bags per shipment. Great for solo drinkers, couples, or large households set on caffeinating the entire neighborhood.

Can I cancel, pause, or skip a delivery on my membership?

Yes! We use a streamlined, user friendly membership portal that lets you change things up at any time, so go for it. You can request a unique, private login link here, or access your membership via your ondaorigins.com customer page. And if you need help making changes, just email us at info@ondaorigins.com and we’ll get back to you asap.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. (and yes, shipping is free). If you’re outside the U.S., reach out—we may be able to make something happen.

Is the Coffee Club light roast or dark roast?

We roast on the lighter side of medium—sweet, vibrant, origin-forward. Not oily diner-dark, not sour science experiment. Just really delicious coffee.

Can I use Coffee Club coffees for espresso?

Yes. Most of our coffees shine as espresso and filter—they’re all complex, bright, and hold up well regardless of brew method.

What kinds of goodies do members get?

Think: surprise tasters, unreleased coffees, stickers, postcards, and other origin-inspired treats. Not every month is the same—that’s kinda the point.

Can I gift a Coffee Club membership?

Yes. Just select “Gift the Coffee Club” when you’re building the membership, and select which pre-paid length you’d like to gift. You’ll be charged for the full duration, your loved one will get the deliveries, and it’ll auto-cancel once it’s run its course.

How fresh is this coffee, really?

Preeeetty much couldn't be fresher. We roast and ship same-day, so it's literally hot off the press – I mean machine. The few days it takes USPS to get you your beans is the perfect amount of time for the coffee to “rest.”

Can I choose my own coffee?

Our Coffee Club is built on a “Roaster’s Choice” model meant for those who want to explore a range of varietals, processes, and origins – and who don’t want to have to make those selections themselves. Our expert roasters select coffees on a weekly basis based on what’s freshest and tasting the best. 

If you’re more of an “I know what I like” type of person, you’re probably better off with our “Subscribe & Save” option, which lets you automate delivery of any specific coffee you choose. To sign up, just go to the coffee’s product page and choose “Subscribe & Save” before adding it to your cart. (Extra perk : You’ll get $3 off your bag each time.)
