Amigos del Huila

"Amigos del Huila" or "Friends of Huila" is a group of 14 smallholder, ecological farmers from all around Huila, Colombia. Our Amigos del Huila sugarcane-process decaf carefully blends microlots purchased directly from all 14 of these family farms.

All 14 growers have a slightly unique way of procesessing their cherries but every single one of them is diligent in their technique, only picking ripe cherries for harvest.
