Set includes Carlos Pola's Coffee from El Salvador and his Anaerobic Reserve.

This accessible, rich specialty coffee brings out all the best qualities of a catistic varietal. Pairs as well with a rich dessert as it does with your daily breakfast. To create the anaerobic reserve, Carlos and his team stored the cherries in special oxygen-free bags for 24 hours, then depulped to a “black honey” level before drying. Yum.
