''I've been leading women's groups within the co-op for a while. We've gotten more for our coffee and have opened a bakery, too."        -Doña Orta

We met Kishé's women-focused co-op in May 2016 when USAID sent Onda co-founder Scott to origin for auditing and advising. They also produce honey by beekeeping side by side with their coffee, which is a win-win for smallholders in need of healthy plants and secondary cash crops. Doña Orta is one of Kishé’s smallholder farmers in Huehuetenango.
